Loose dogs :( i don’t know what to do
So I’m sitting here on my computer at the bookstore and Mark Kelly walks by
I have been having panic attacks. Not like hardcore ones but ones that are worse than the last few. I had a major one a few weeks ago. I should probably see about uping my meds. Im on 10mg right now, I think I should see about going up to 20mg.
